Remembering - Late Elementary Original Piano Solo Lead Sheet Music

Nostalgic, reflective vibes in this "Autumn Leaves" inspired two-page piano solo for late elementary students. 

This slow jazz ballad challenges the left hand to keep up with ever-changing triad shapes (I chord and IV chord shapes). 

The right hand will keep an easy, straight-eighth feel with syncopation. All the while, lifting the pedal at each chord change.

Chord symbols are included above the grand staff. Helpful finger numbers hints are included throughout and show moves. And a chord reference chart is also shown (piano key pictures)

Students will be challenged by:

• Pedal lifts
• Moving root position triad shapes including B-flat major
• Inversion (IV) chord shapes in the left hand
• Syncopated coordination between hands
• Voicing to the melody (RH single note melody over LH chord accompaniment)
• Keeping a gentle, easy jazz feel
