Because digital products cannot be returned, all PDF downloads and digital files are considered final sale once accessed.

However, your satisfaction matters! If you experience any issues with your purchase, please email me at thetattooedpianoteacher@gmail.com within 7 days and I will gladly work with you to resolve it.

Digital Delivery
Your digital purchase includes instant access to download your files. My system automatically logs all download attempts (including time, date, and IP address) to confirm successful delivery. Please download and save your files to your device after purchase. Each order includes 5 download attempts.

Accidental Purchases
If you made an accidental purchase, please do not download any files and contact me immediately for assistance.

Chargebacks
Please reach out to me before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through support. Filing a chargeback after downloading digital goods is considered friendly fraud, and download logs will be submitted as evidence.
