County Clare - Irish Jig Elementary Piano Solo Sheet Music

Elementary [Level 2A-2B] Piano Solo for Beginners | Irish Jig

Dreaming of travel, I wrote this Elementary Piano Solo in early March. I would love to visit Ireland someday, and County Clare sounds beautiful! Take a trip to this gorgeous cliffs as you read the lyrics of this Irish jig.

Set in 3/4 time, Level 2A-2B students will be placing their hands in the D Major 5-finger scale. From there, left hand will be challenged to move back and forth from D Scale to C Scale, but never fear! I've included boxes for students to label each "D" and "C" so they can keep track.

Although set in D Major, it does not include a key signature and all F#'s are marked individually. This piece sounds good at a moderate tempo, but if you're up for it--it can really speed along for a traditional jig feel!
