During the fall season, the sky can bring us sunny afternoons, foggy mornings, gorgeous sunsets, and storm clouds rolling in. The wind can pick up at any time. Autumn is a time of transition. And this early intermediate original piano solo reflects those seasonal moods.

Students will be challenged by:

• RH/LH coordination
• Pedal lifts
• Rubato
• LH crossover arpeggios
• Key change (A Minor to E Minor)
• Parallel 6ths in the RH
• Syncopated patterns in the LH
• A big ending with a RH ascending scale run and a hands together descending arpeggio
